Dynamic architecture of rotation creates round of Dubai

Italian-Israeli architect David Fisher has submitted plans for the latest eye appears skyscraper in Dubai - by 68-storey tower rotation.

Each floor rotates independently, moving up to six meters an hour - a 360-tour will take 90 minutes. Which will host a hotel, restaurant, offices and luxury apartments, the largest of which each occupies the entire floor. Carbon fiber "wings" will reduce the level of noise as the building turns.

The proposed tower will be built almost entirely out of place, with openings in the drive to a base of concrete. Dynamic architecture, the company behind the project, said the site reduce the time from 30 to 18 months.

It will not be 48 horizontal wind turbines installed between floors, each capable of generating 0.3MW electricity, and solar panels on the roof. Dynamic Architecture said that the construction will produce as much energy as electricity generated by 44 turbines will be sold to adjacent buildings.
