A Traditional Living Room Contemporary Style

Two Distinct Styles

Bae sisters Jen and fourth and Catherine are looking for a sophisticated and comfortable living room. They want a clean and classic design with comfortable furniture. Enter Host Karen McAloon, who will help you find that care.
McAloon sisters determines style is a blend of traditional and contemporary. Sister leans toward the latter, with trend lines, while the other likes the more traditional style with rich woods and retail complex.


Traditional Meets Contemporary

The sisters have chosen four, soft neutral colors for your color palette. They kept their seats and chocolate brown, with rich wood tables. The walls and windows are in fact in a cool and gray. Using a cooler tone to the walls of the beautiful color of the furniture in the middle of the room gives the impression of complexity. The curtain material and all the lights are matte black, while the rest of the room is very pronounced in the chicken egg blue.


Unbalanced and Boring

The homeowners have some great furniture pieces, but their room layout is unbalanced and their color scheme is boring.


Two Rooms in One

The large space is transformed into two comfortable armchairs, a fireplace and the other focuses on the TV. The silky, they are taken to limit windows to help put the emphasis on room size and wonderful architectural details.
